About Me
Seana has a Master's Degree in Psychology from Regis University and is a licensed professional counselor (LPC). She has been practicing studying and practicing psychology for over 20 years.
She also has a second master’s degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Colorado, Denver.
Seana specializes in many areas including: Depression, anxiety, gifted and talented concerns, career, PTSD, sexual abuse, OCD, domestic violence, violent trauma, and testifying in court, healing from relationships, school concerns and much more.
She has studied with Diamond Approach to Self-Realization with A.H. Almaas (pen name) for more than 20 years. The Diamond Approach is a contemporary teaching that developed within the context of both ancient spiritual teachings and modern depth psychology theories. Seana combines yoga therapy, the Diamond Approach teaching and somatic processing to include breathwork and a body-centered approach.
